Estherville has had a very successful spec building program. The fourth spec building was constructed and sold early in the year 2000. It is located in the Estherville Business Park.

	The buyer of this 30,000 sq.ft. building (EIDC's fourth spec building) is Global Equipment and Manufacturing Company, a new company to Estherville. They manufacture large metal material handling equipment used in the water and wastewater treatment industries.
	In 1995, Medieval Glass Industries bought EIDC's third spec building, a 30,000 sq. ft. structure.
	In 1994, GKN Armstrong Wheel purchased our second spec building. At that time it covered 30,000 sq. ft. Since then they have expanded it to 185,000 sq. ft.
	EIDC's first building was constructed in the early 1980's and sold to Holiday Express Trucking.
